With a career in healthcare, behavioral health, and education spanning nearly two decades, Mallory is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for the individuals and families she serves. She began her career in 2006 as a member of direct-care staff in a mental health treatment setting, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals through challenging and meaningful moments in their lives.
Mallory later earned her Associate of Applied Science degree and expanded her experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in assisted living. She also spent five years working with elementary-aged children in special education, supporting students with a variety of needs, including autism and behavioral challenges. These experiences strengthened her ability to approach each individual with patience, understanding, and respect for their unique needs.
Today, as a Healthcare Coordinator at La Europa Academy, Mallory helps support the healthcare needs of the individuals in our care while working alongside our team to provide thoughtful, coordinated, and compassionate support. She takes pride in being someone families can feel comfortable communicating with and knowing that their loved one’s well-being is being taken seriously.
Outside of work, Mallory is a wife and mom to one son. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and connecting with nature, gardening, crafting, and making time to recharge. She believes that genuine compassion, patience, and a little bit of humanity can make a meaningful difference in someone’s healing journey.
