With a heart full of compassion and a deep commitment to fostering motivation, Kelli thrives on helping students overcome their challenges and discover their full potential. She started working with La Europa in 2022 and quickly found her passion for empowering youth and guiding them toward success. For Kelli, working with adolescents is more than just a job—it's a calling. Her approach creates a nurturing environment where students can thrive and build the skills they need for a brighter future.

As the Mosaic House Director, Kelli’s goal is to ensure each student can implement, practice, and demonstrate mastery of DBT and other life skills. By introducing more autonomy and responsibility, Kelli and her staff prepare students for the realities of life outside of treatment. Whether a student's next step is home, college, or another school, Kelli customizes care to foster success.

Kelli’s dedication is reflected in her ability to inspire and uplift the students, ensuring that they all have the opportunity to succeed and grow.

In her free time, Kelli loves to spend time with her daughter, craft, try new restaurants, go to parks, and go on bike rides. She also enjoys yoga, photography, and getting out into nature.
