Jordan June joins the La Europa Clinical Team as a Clinical Intern. Jordan is on track to complete is doctoral studies in Clinical and Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2024. Jordan brings extensive experience in the field, having worked for over 9 years in various residential treatment centers focused on addiction and codependency recovery. He has led therapeutic intensive retreats for adults and families, trained therapists in group facilitation, and maintained a successful private practice.
Jordan’s background as a professional music artist, Ph.D. psychologist candidate, public speaker, and his own healing journey continue to be a source of inspiration for his healing work. Jordan has enhanced his expertise by completing UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Practices program and participating in multiple Vipassana Meditation Retreats.
Jordan specializes in attachment-based, psychodynamic, trauma informed therapy, as well as experiential methodologies like psychodrama. His areas of interest include PTSD, religious trauma, identity, spiritual development, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, IFS (Internal Family Systems), cultural and community healing, self-esteem, autism, relationship issues, codependency, and addiction.
